pavement is a free interactive reference tool in the periodic table. It contains over 65 items of each element, user selectable skins, 12 color maps, element tool finder, unit conversion tool and much more!

Examples of information given in the program are melting point, boiling point, year of detection, oxidation conditions, electron gauge, electron configuration, stellar structures and lattice parameters and half life of all stable phases of atmospheric pressure (190 total phase) and decay modes of 660 radioisotopes.

The elaborated features include a list of 23 basic constants, a description of the function of metals, metric system prefixes, and a summary of superconducting materials.

PElement is ideal for middle school students, high school students who are interested in science, high school students who are studying chemistry, science and engineering classes, educational ators and professionals. The program provides a wealth of information about the elements and a number of software features.
